Bournemouth

Errands for the past two days.

Turns out the so-called geniuses at the biggest Apple Store in London were idiots; fixed my computer. I also mowed the lawn with a glorified vaccuum with blades. Chilled out. Learnt what was what for the Royal Wedding.

I never imagined it was going to be as big as I now know it’s going to be. I can’t imagine what it’s going to look like. All I know is that 50 000 people looks a lot more like 50 000.

It’s funny the way the promotion of it all works: as soon as Easter finished every 2nd thing you hear or see had to do with this wedding. Also, in my opinion the royal family is the only real soap opera I can think of; it’s all romance, dramas, tragedy and weddings. People bloody love it, despite what your friends say. I’m personally verry happy that this is the case, as it gives me all the more memorable once (or twice) in a lifetime experience to see mass hysteria of a huge amount of people. Two million people are coming into London just for this coming weekend.

And to end on something familiar - more good spontaneous, unforseeable timing in meeting a friend of friends in London for the weekend. How about that. To end on something unfamiliar, I have to wake up at 7am tomorrow morning, something that hasn’t been done in a very long time.
